VOCCOL is a language learning app. We process limited information to provide app functionality, maintain service stability, and improve user experience. Depending on your use of the app, this may include technical information such as device type, app version, language settings, approximate region, and diagnostic events.
Advertising
VOCCOL may display ads to support the service. Ads are delivered through Google AdMob and related Google services. We currently configure requests as non-personalized ads where applicable, and ad delivery may still rely on limited technical signals required for security, fraud prevention, and aggregate reporting.
Google AdMob
We use Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to load and display ads. AdMob may collect and process data according to Google policies, including identifiers, device/network information, approximate location, and ad interaction signals for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and reporting.
GDPR / EEA Users
For users in the EEA/UK (and other supported regions), consent choices are managed via Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). When required by law, we request consent before ad requests are allowed. If consent is not granted, ads may be limited, non-personalized, or unavailable depending on legal and platform requirements. You can review or update your choices through available in-app controls when provided.
Data Retention
We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide app features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and purpose. Where possible, data is minimized or aggregated.
Children's Privacy
VOCCOL is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
